What you choose to share

Our appointment form asks for your name, phone number, email, preferred service, date and time, location, and optional notes. Group requests may include the number of people; on-location requests include an event address. Please avoid putting sensitive health, payment, or identity information in the notes.

How appointment information is used

We use your request to discuss availability, plan services, and contact you about your appointment. The contact checkbox covers appointment-related calls, texts, and email; it does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. A request does not reserve a time until we confirm directly.

Sending and storing your request

When online delivery is available, our email provider processes the request to send it to the studio and send you an acknowledgment. Appointment information then remains in the relevant email accounts and service records for appointment administration. If delivery is unavailable, the website shows an error and offers our phone and email instead. Please contact us to ask about access, corrections, or deletion of your information.

Website preferences and events

Your device can remember whether you prefer sound and whether you dismissed our storage notice. Sound never starts without an interaction. You can remove these preferences through your browser’s site-data settings. The site emits basic actions such as booking requests and contact-link clicks to an in-page event queue. No external analytics tracker is configured in this version, and form contact details are not included in those events.

Maps, fonts, and external links

Embedded Google Maps and fonts may send standard connection information, such as your IP address, to their providers when loaded. Links to Google, social platforms, and other websites open services with their own privacy practices. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs needed to operate and protect their services.

Your choices

You can use the phone or email instead of the form, leave optional notes blank, keep sound off, and ask us to correct appointment information. We do not sell the information you submit through this website. Questions about how an email or text was used can be directed to the studio.
